Lerato has worked broadly in the Human Resources field and her experience spans the consulting space as well as the corporate environment. She has extensive experience in Project Management, Change Management, Diverse Project execution in decentralized and collaborative models, Human Resource information systems, Human Capital Management, Business Process Mapping as well as Organisational Design and Communication. Lerato has worked on a number of projects that have required complex and dynamic outcomes and is passionate about human development, innovation and sustainability.
Lerato has recently been engaged by Tiger Brands as a project consultant with the responsibility to embedding a new HR Operating model. Lerato has previously worked with Ernst and Young, Barclays Africa Group, Tiger Brand and Massmart/Walmart across different HR Specialities.
Lerato is passionate about ensuring that projects are not installed but sustainably implemented and brings a fresh perspective to the project space by partnering and ensuring stakeholder value is realised.
